Before founding NiCoK, Nicholas co-founded ACOP LLC and served as the Chairman of Goodness Communications from 2003 to 2005. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Nicholas has successfully visualized, founded, built, and sold two companies through management buyouts and private equity, demonstrating his adeptness in navigating the complex landscape of business growth and exit strategies.

A Retired US Navy Veteran, Nicholas brings a wealth of knowledge, training, and expertise in Process Improvement, Occupational Health & Safety, and Leadership. His military background has equipped him with a disciplined approach to leadership and a commitment to excellence, which he has seamlessly transitioned into his business ventures.

As an entrepreneur, Nicholas is passionate about facilitating financial ignition for innovative local businesses. He plays a pivotal role in training and mentoring young entrepreneurs, guiding them to achieve their business aspirations. His dedication to nurturing the next generation of business leaders is a testament to his commitment to fostering economic growth and innovation.

Kingsley Uboh is the Director of Finance of NiCoK Integrated Solutions Ltd. He holds a master’s degree in Management and Leadership, bringing a strong foundation in both theoretical knowledge and practical skills to his role. With extensive experience in managing and executing projects across various organizations and establishments nationwide, Kingsley has demonstrated a consistent ability to drive operational excellence.

Kingsley possesses a diverse range of expertise, including Occupational Health and Safety, Human Resource Management, Process Improvement, Financial Management, Business Transformation, and Leadership. 

DIRECTOR OF TECHNOLOGY

Silver Ibenye is the Director of Technology at NiCoK Integrated Solutions and also the co-founder of ACOP LLC.

Silver is a seasoned software engineer with a robust educational background and a wealth of expertise in various domains of software development. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering and a Master’s degree in Engineering & Technology Management, Silver combines technical proficiency with strategic management skills.

Certified in Software as a Service (SaaS) from EdX BerkleyX, Silver has demonstrated a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL SERVICES & E-LEARNING

Okechukwu Osuji serves as the Digital Services & E-learning Director of NiCoK Integrated Solutions Ltd and is the founder of ZIGMASUJIS SOLUTIONS, an ICT-oriented firm specializing in technology integration, and the development of applications for financial management and process improvement in various organizations, including hospitals, schools, SMEs, and religious institutions.

With extensive knowledge and expertise in telecommunications, particularly with Airtel Nigeria, Okechukwu has successfully led numerous projects, focusing on providing efficient support structures for application transitions and upgrades.

DIRECTOR OF HEALTH

Dr. Odinakachi Ihunnia is a distinguished medical doctor with extensive practical experience and expertise in public health and healthcare development. With a career dedicated to improving health outcomes, Dr. Ihunnia has successfully collaborated with health agencies and international organizations to advance public health initiatives. His work includes promoting public health education, advancing the UNAIDS HIV/AIDS 95-95-95 global health goal, and implementing strategies to elevate healthcare standards and practices.
