Digital Process Improvement Specialist (DPIS)

DPIS plays a crucial role in identifying and implementing process enhancements through digital solutions. Here are key responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

  2. Design and implement digital solutions to streamline processes.
  3. Conduct process mapping and gap analysis.
  4. Develop business cases for process improvements.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements.
  6. Implement and manage digital process automation tools.
  7. Monitor and measure process performance metrics.
  8. Identify and mitigate process risks.
  9. Develop and maintain process documentation.
  10. Train stakeholders on new processes.
